Rochester Hills is a city in Oakland County, Michigan, United States. The population was 70,995 at the 2010 census.

The city of Rochester Hills is what was formerly Avon Township, encompassing 36 square miles. Its borders extend from Dequindre Road to Adams Road, and Dutton/Mead Road to South Boulevard. It surrounds the city of Rochester on three sides.
